Zoning Committee- The committee monitors zoning and land use issues and acts as a neighbor zoning resource.

Capital Projects Committee The committee will coordinates all capital projects concerns, coordinates with membership and city administration. Committee will conduct a street, sidewalk and drainage survey.

· Monkey Around on St. Charles-replant the Ave. between Broadway and Walnut with monkey grass
· Broadway Beautification-replant the Broadway median between St. Charles and Magazine
· Project Flag-promote flying American flags on designated flag days
· Operation White Light-promote using mini white lights for exterior holiday decoration

House Tour Committee- Primary focus of the committee is to organize the UAA annual home tour. The event is the organizations primary rund raiser, with the proceeds going toward projects in the UAA area. Jennifer Couvillon, Chair couv@cox.net
